In approximate order of appearance:

5th Avenue between 42nd and 41st Streets.

Most any subway line and many of the buses get you to within a few blocks of here.

While you're there...

Tom's Restaurant, the restaurant you always see in "Seinfeld", is just down Broadway from Columbia at 112th Street. That's the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine on Amsterdam visible where 112th tees into Amsterdam Avenue.
